Shipping Policy

Luma & Reed is a trade name of Black Nocturne LLC. This policy explains how and when your order is delivered.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses in Australia.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders. The final total, including any shipping, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Processing, quality control and packing usually take 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening, at the weekend or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes on average 8–12 business days. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse of our fulfilment partner, HST Fulfillment (Shenzhen HST Electronics Co., Ltd.), in Shenzhen, China, and handed to international and local carriers for final delivery. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. It can take 2–5 business days after dispatch before the first tracking update appears. You can also check our Track your order page.

Delays

High order volumes, customs checks, bad weather or other circumstances outside our control can cause delays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@lumareed.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, a refused delivery or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you. We can send it again; in that case the cost of re-shipping may be charged where the reason lies with you. Please check your address carefully before ordering – we can change it as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Taxes, customs and import charges

Final prices shown at checkout include the taxes we are required to charge under applicable law. If any import charges unexpectedly apply to your order, contact us and we'll help.
