2. Orders and contract
Product listings are an invitation to order. When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email; the contract is concluded when we confirm or dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any taxes we are required to charge. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. See our Payment Policy.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Australia. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, size and stitching may occur, especially for items made to order.
7. Your statutory rights
Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our voluntary returns policy is additional to those rights. Nothing in these terms restricts any remedy or compensation available under applicable consumer law.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect losses, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and disputes
For purchases by Australian consumers, these terms are subject to applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first.
