Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from the Luma & Reed online store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Seller

Luma & Reed is a trade name of Black Nocturne LLC. The store is operated by Black Nocturne LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (registration no. 2026-001958126). Email: info@gotlandvaska.com.

2. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email; the contract is concluded when we confirm or dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include any taxes we are required to charge. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. See our Payment Policy.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Singapore. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, size and stitching may occur, especially for items made to order.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect losses, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; you may also approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Small Claims Tribunals.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
