How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes on average 8–12 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening or at the weekend may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order to Singapore.

How can I track my order?

Can I return an item?

Why might my item look slightly different from the photos?

Many quilted items are made to order, so colour, pattern placement and stitching can vary slightly from the photos. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet.
